I’ve always been interested in web development because of the problem-solving it demands. There’s something really satisfying about facing a challenge, breaking it down, and using what I know to figure it out. It’s a space where logic meets creativity, and I find that balance really engaging. UX isn’t my main focus, but I’m definitely interested in the psychological side of it. I think it’s fascinating how small design decisions can shape how someone interacts with a site. That mix of tech and human behavior is something I want to keep exploring as I grow in this field.
I’m originally from Chicago but spent most of my life in Connecticut. When it came time to choose a university, Drexel stood out to me not only because it offered some distance and independence, but because of its Co-op program. The opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience before even graduating felt like a smart step toward building a career and an early chance to explore the field.
Outside of development, I enjoy playing games, watching video essays, and cooking. I usually end up watching videos about game mechanics or science since I’ve always liked learning how things work. Cooking is another big hobby for me as I find it relaxing, but also fun since I can come up with recipes and see how they turn out.
